It is an online application allowing constant 365/24 monitoring of the warehouse stock status. Furthermore it allows tracing the status of manufacturing, ordering, tracing the status of orders and a number of other processes.

Online Services:

For example regarding the products being purchased, the end customer on the internet may:

> download the manual (save it into his or her computer)

> order the manual to have it sent via post service in printed or electronic form. (Direct mailing, Fulfilment)
